Performance

Whether you need music for a wedding, any type of ceremony, cocktail hours, corporate events, or if there’s anything you need live music for, I can put it together. Solo piano (light classical – jazz standards), duos, trios, etc., all the way to a Big Band for a large formal event. I interact with all the best players in the region. I do have an electric piano, too, but for real class it takes a real piano.

Instruction

I have been teaching since 1980 and I take a limited number of students, age 18 and up. We would set up an initial meeting for the cost of a lesson and then the prospective student can decide if they want to begin lessons. New students must make a minimum commitment to 12 weeks of lessons. Although I’m known for jazz instruction, my teaching style includes theory, technique, and classical repertoire along with jazz idioms.
